Inhibitory effects of gastrodin treatment on MAPK, Akt/GSK-3β and STAT3 activation in PDGF-BB-stimulated VSMCs. Serum-starved VSMCs were stimulated with PDGF-BB (20 ng/ml) for the indicated time in the absence or presence of gastrodin (200 μg/ml).
