Cells undergoing mitotic division are detected by immunostaining of Ki67 (A, B) and pHH3 (C, D) in the mammary gland at one month. Sections were immunostained with the antibody (brown) and counterstained with Hematoxylin (blue). Arrows indicate cells positive for immunostaining. Immunostaining of K18 (E, F), Cadherin (G, H), K14 (I, J), SMA (K, L) and Gpr177 (M, N) characterizes the effect of the Gpr177 deletion on specification of mammary cell types.
