Effect of CTM on LPS-induced PGE₂ production in RAW 264.7 cells. (A) PGE₂ production was measured in RAW 264.7 cells treated with different concentrations of CTM and CTC (62, 125, 250, 500 μg/ml) for 1 h, then incubated with LPS (10 μg/ml) for 24 h. (B) PGE₂ production in culture supernatants was measured after macrophages (2 × 10⁶ cells/ml) were primed with IFN-γ (0.5 ng/ml) for 2 h and then stimulated with LPS (1 μg/ml) in the presence of CTM and CTC for 18 h.
