WKYMVm-induced PI3K activation is prolonged in neutrophils in the absence of Fer kinase. Bone marrow–derived neutrophils from WT and FerDR/DR mice were isolated and stimulated with WKYMVm (Pep; 1 μM) for 2–15 min. Lysates were prepared in triplicate, resolved by SDS-PAGE, immunoblotted with anti-pAkt Ab (Ser473), stripped, and reprobed with anti-Akt Ab.
