(D)-DT-2 does not inhibit the ANP-induced FRET response of the PKA/PKG activity sensor AKAR3. HEK293 cells transfected with AKAR3, GC-A and active PKG Iβ, or dominant-negative dnPKG Iβ plasmids, were stimulated with 100 nM ANP. FRET responses were recorded from single cells and compared with those measured in cells after 30 min pre-incubation with 10 µM (D)-DT-2. Representative FRET recordings are shown in (A).
