Effect of MTE on HUVEC viability. The cells were treated with 0, 2.5, 5 and 7.5 mg/ml of MTE for 24 h. The cell viability was determined by the MTT assay. The data were normalized to the viability of the control cells (100%, treated with 0.5% DMSO as vehicle).
