CDDP causes rapid tyrosine phosphorylation of JAK2 and STAT3. (A) HCT-116 cells were treated with 60 mg/ml CDDP and 33 mg/ml NAC. After incubation for 6 h, western blotting probed with phosphotyrosine-specific anti-JAK2 and phosphotyrosine-specific anti-STAT3 antibodies was performed. (B) HCT-116 cells were transfected with JAK2 siRNA and control siRNA and then treated with 60 mg/ml CDDP for 48 h. Western blotting probed with AKT antibody was performed.
