When the vascular anatomy was complicated by another vascular system (A), the anterior (B) and posterior circulations (C,D) could be easily separately reconstructed by PC based software. In this ICA aneurysm and anterior circulation are more clearly demonstrable by removal of the posterior circulation. The vertebral artery aneurysm (arrow, C) was re-evaluated by another scan at lower level (D).
