5) Negative Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction assay on pandemic (AH1N1) strain |
6) Range of Hemoglobin: 12.0 g/100 mL-16.0 g/100 mL |
7) Range of Hematocrit: 38–48% |
8) Body weight: indistinct; overweight (BMI > 25) preferred |
Exclusionary criteria |
1) Pregnancy or breastfeeding |
2) H1N1 or seasonal influenza or pneumococcal vaccinations receiveda |
3) VIH or auto-immune diseases |
4) Hepatitis (any kind) |
5) Allergies (any kind) |
6) Medical treatment (any kind) |
7) Use of toxicology substances (any kind) |
