ELISA analysis of TGF-β1 protein levels in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid. Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was obtained from the mice under anaesthesia using 1 ml sterile isotonic saline and subjected to ELISA analysis. The data were summarized as mean ± standard error of the mean from at least 3 separate experiments. *P<0.05 in comparison with the OVA group.
