OPTIMAS Data Pipeline. Experimental data are collected with different templates which are imported by a Java based import tool into the OPTIMAS Data Warehouse. Using a web interface the data can be exported for further data analysis (e.g. with WGCNA [6]) and visualisation (e.g. with VANTED [4]).
