Immunization with Ldp27−/− induces Nitric Oxide (NO) production by splenocyte. The activity of NOS2 is indicated by the amount of released nitrite in the antigen stimulated splenocytes supernatants (48 hrs) and was measured by the Griess reaction. The data presented are representative of two experiments with similar results and 4–5 mice in each group. Mean and SEM of three or more mice in each group are shown.
