(A) hGAG treatment shows no effect on the expression of NF-κB(p65), NF-κB(p50) and its inhibitor IκBα in B16F10 tumor cells. Data are represented as mean ± S.E. from 3–5 independent experiments. (B) hGAG treatment blocks nuclear translocation of NF-κB(p65). B16F10 cells were seeded on coverslip and treated with hGAG at 0, 0.5 and 1.0 µM for 24 h/37°C. Immunofluorescence (IF) staining of NF-κB(p65) was performed. Note the nuclear staining of NF-κB(p65) in the control (a) and predominantly cytoplasmic staining in the hGAG-treated cells (b and c).
