Pluripotency of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) derived from mouse embryonic fibroblast (MEFs) of each strain. Doxycycline-independent cell lines from all the strains were capable of producing teratomas in NOD SCID mice by 5 weeks post-injection as shown in these histologic images, all of which are stained with hematoxylin and eosin and viewed at 200× magnification.
