Increased expression of IL-29 and IL-28Rα in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) compared to in healthy control (HC) PBMC. Levels of mRNA for IL-29 (A) and IL-28Rα (B) in PBMC from RA (n = 40) and HC (n = 40) were determined by real-time PCR. Relative gene expression was determined by the 2-ΔΔct method.
