Systemic FG-7142 administration and intra-ACC infusion of SR95531 impair 3-CSRT performance. Rats were administered vehicle or 5 mg/kg of i.p. FG-7142 (a–d; n=15 and 14, respectively) or SR95531 at doses of 0, 1, or 3 ng per side (ACC microinjection e–h; n=8, 5, and 3, respectively).
