The table shows those found in SZGene, the total number of studies (both case-control and familial) listed in SZGene, and whether any SNP remained significant after meta-analysis. Note: Only those SNPs with published genotype data in at least four independent case-control samples eligible for analysis were subjected to meta-analysis by SZGene (see http://www.szgene.org/methods.asp for details).
