Correlation between Tyr phosphorylation of IRS-2 and stimulation of JNK activity. A, Min6 cells were deprived of serum and glucose for 14 h prior to the experiment. Cells were incubated at 37 °C with the indicated drugs at the indicated concentrations for 2 h.
