DBY-2–binding B cells secret IgG in presence of T cells and DBY-antigen. FACS sorted DBY-2–binding B cells are incubated in the absence (Upper Left) or in the presence (Upper Right) of autologous T cells, IL-2, DBY-protein and BAFF. Relative IgG antibody levels for DBY-2 and DBY proteins are shown after 7 d of incubation.
