SAGE and Oncomine Analysis of AZI Expression in Normal Tissue versus Prostate Carcinoma
Using the unique AZI identifying tag TCTTTCACCC, AZI expression in normal prostate epithelium was compared to levels in prostate carcinoma using SAGE (Serial Analysis of Gene Expression). As shown above, AZI levels were significantly elevated in samples from prostate carcinoma (*, p=.011).
