Schematic of the modified fluidic nanoprecipitation system (FNPS). (a) Cartoon of FNPS. Sample inlets are inserted into the dispersing channel via a “T” connector. The inlet channels contain two PLGA polymers that make contact at the exit of the inlet streams and precipitate upon contact with the surfactant in the dispersing channel, solidifying the particles.
