Data represents 3–5 individual mice/group from 2 independent experiments (C) Ear skin from K14E7, K14E7×RAG1−/− and RAG1 mice was grafted onto the flank of C57BL/6 mice and the percent of mice with surviving grafts was plotted against time post grafting. The K14E7 and K14E7×RAG1−/− grafting groups contained 16 mice/group while the RAG1−/− group contained 4 mice from at least 2 independent experiments.
