A) Low magnification images of calbindin immunolabeled WT (A, C, E) and Lc/+ (B, D, F) cerebellar slice cultures treated with the JNK inhibitor, SP600125, and the p38 inhibitor, SB 203580, demonstrate that both of these inhibitors increase WT and Lc/+ PC survival when cultures are treated from 0 to 14 DIV. However, the increase in PC survival is not as dramatic as treatment with the cPKC inhibitor Gö6976.
