MS-DAPK-PCR analyses of the SN38-resistant subclones. Methylation-specific PCR of the DAPK gene was performed in the ME180 parent cells and seven SN38-resistant subclones. The parent cells have both the methylated and unmethylated bands. Four SN38-resistant subclones (SN38r7, SN38r8, SN38r9 and SN38r12) do not contain the methylated band.
