The gene functional groups were categorized according to GoMinor (Gene Ontology). All the numbers are the folds of changes relative to the untreated cells. Genes involved in mitochondrial function was significantly enriched in both cell lines (HCT116 wt-p53: p = 0.04, HCT116 p53-null: p = 0.0001).
