The gene functional groups were categorized according to GoMinor (Gene Ontology). All the numbers are the folds of changes relative to the untreated cells. DNA replication and chromosome cycle genes in the HCT116 wt-p53 cell line was significantly enriched among altered genes (HCT116 wt-p53: p = 0.028).
