The levels of CRP and NLR tends to escalate with aggravating Child-Pugh class from A to C (A, r = 0.311, p < 0.001; C, r = 0.306, p < 0.001) or progressing tumor stage from I to IV (B, r = 0.475, p < 0.001; D, r = 0.358, p < 0.001). (E) There is a significant positive inter-correlation between CRP and NLR (r = 0.570, p < 0.001).
