Titers for normal mouse serum and sera from mice immunized with MC58 OM were <4 and 20,000, respectively. Data are the median values, with the range of values in parentheses, for SBA from three or more independent measurements of bactericidal activity of all pooled serum samples. Single values denote that the SBA titers from the independent experiments were identical.
