Interaction of β-Gal-Yariv with oligosaccharides. For pull-down assays, β-1,3-Gal₅, β-1,3-Gal₆, β-1,3-Gal₇, β-1,3-Gal₈, β-1,3-Gal₉, and β-1,6-Gal₇₊₈ cross linked to beads were suspended in β-Gal-Yariv solution ranging from 6.25 to 400 µg mL⁻¹ in concentration. As a control experiment, the beads were also suspended in 400 µg mL⁻¹ α-Gal-Yariv solution.
