SnL upregulation on CD4+ T cells is associated with increased α2,3 sialylation. (A) Splenocytes from C57BL/6 mice (n = 4) were activated for 72 h with plate-bound anti-CD3 (5 μg/ml). Activated cells (solid lines) were compared with freshly isolated splenocytes (dashed lines) for biotinylated MAL and biotinylated SNA binding.
