T0 is initial tension, Tex tension after extraction, and Trc tension measured after extraction and reconstitution of the HCRLC variants. Average T0 is 155±20 kN/m2 for the fibers tested. Tension recovery ≥ 80% indicates full recovery (see RESULTS: Fiber tension measurements). Errors are standard error of the mean for n experiments.
