This figure compares the EPR first derivative (A) and the direct absorption (B) EPR spectra of 0-TOAC-NCp7 (black trace) with a 1:1 mixture of 0-TOAC-NCp7/RNA-Stem-loop 3 (red trace). These spectra were obtained in 50 mM Hepes buffer, pH 7.5, at 5 C. Spectra were normalized on the second integral.
