A series of deletions were generated using standard PCR approaches to define which region is responsible for p53 repression. E1 stands for exon 1 and so on. MCF-7 cells were transfected with vector alone or full-length RoR (E1∼4) or deletion constructs of RoR and then treated with doxo at 1 μg/ml for 24 h before western blot.
