The superscripts show significant paired t-test between MSC for different compartmental models: 1P=0.021, 2P=0.048, 3P=0.008, 4P=0.005, 5P=0.006, 6P=0.018, 7P=0.0381, 8P=0.039, 1-TCM versus 2-TCMi was different for all regions of interest (P<0.00001).
