Compound K (CK, 30 μM) promotes changes in several cell cycle-related genes. Genes were grouped based on gene ontology categories. Data are presented as mean ± SD; gene expression was normalized using β-actin as a control and calculated by the 2^−ΔΔ^c^t method (p < 0.05, compared with control).
