Individual serum samples were collected 24 h before virus challenge. Sera were serially diluted from 1∶5 to 1∶640 and the PRNT_50% was performed in 96-well plates. Asterisks indicate differences that are statistically significant using the Mann-Whitney test (*p<0.05; **p<0.01 and ***p<0.001). One dose = 1d; two doses = 2d.
