p55PIK expression is transcriptionally activated by MZF1 in human colon cancer cell lines SW480 and LoVo. Cells were transfected with a reporter plasmid for p55PIK promoter (−1243/+45)-p55PIK and cotransfected with or without MZF1-GFP expression plasmids or MZF1 SiRNA for 24 h.
