Expression levels were normalized using the average of 5 housekeeping genes and the ratio between RAP and REG animals' dCT values was calculated issuing fold change. Shown are the genes whose expression is significantly changed between the groups, organized by functional categories of the TLRs and their adapter as well as interacting proteins, the downstream NFκB and JNK/p38 signaling pathways, as well as other related molecules.
