Recombinant RVB1 and RVB2 can stabilize TIP60.com in the face of heat challenge. Flag-TIP60.com was purified from RVB1- or RVB2-depleted cells. (A) rRVB1, rRVB2, or BSA was incubated with RVB1-depleted TIP60.com prior to 20 min of heat challenge at 30°C. In vitro acetylation assay was performed following this for 20 min at 30°C.
