Influence of IFIT1 knockdown in sarcoma cells on resistance to MeV-mediated oncolysis. Sarcoma cells were transfected with control siRNA (si control), two different IFIT1 siRNAs (siIFIT1 #2 and siIFIT1 #6), or a combination of both (siIFIT1 #2 + 6). Twenty-four h later, cells were infected with MeV-SCD at an MOI of 1 or 10 or were mock infected. Cell viabilities were determined at 72 hpi by SRB assay. (A) SRH; (C) CCS; (E) SCOS.
