Induction of TLR3, RIG-I, MDA5, IFN-β, and IFIT1 in sarcoma cell lines. Sarcoma cell lines were mock infected or infected with MeV-SCD at an MOI of 1. At 6 hpi, RNA was isolated and qRT-PCR was performed. Values were normalized to the housekeeping gene PGK. For each cell line, values for mock-infected cells were set to 1.
