Distribution of NiV M protein upon stable expression. MDCK cells stably expressing flag-tagged NiV M were seeded onto permeable filter supports. The cells were fixed, permeabilized, and stained at 4 days after seeding by using a monoclonal antibody directed against the flag epitope and AF 568-labeled secondary antibodies (red).
