Response of HEK-blue hTLR2 cells to L. rhamnosus and L. casei strains. HEK-blue hTLR2 cells were stimulated with one of the six LAB strains for 24 h, after which the cell culture supernatant was incubated for 1 h, 2 h, and 3 h for detection of NF-κB activation. NF-κB-induced secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase (SEAP) activity was measured by a spectrophotometer and converted to fold changes. The data are expressed as means ± standard deviations.
