The protected end was incorporated on the right side for this amplicon (exon 2). Base composition is shown in a 20 bp sliding window (G/C blue, A/T green). Coverage plots are shown in four parts, one for each sample, with the corresponding reference sequencing (Whole Genome Shotgun (WGS) for cell lines and PCR shotgun for NA10831). Variants are highlighted by colour, and positions referring to panel b–d are indicated in parenthesis.
