Marker expression was compared for unactivated (dotted black line) and activated (solid black line) platelets for 15-min incubation with one of three agonists: 150 nM phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate (PMA), 20 μM adenosine diphosphate (ADP), and 3 U/mL thrombin.
