Effect of acetohexamide, nifedipin, proadifen and isoxsuprine on ALOX12 activity. MCF-7^ALOX12 cells were seeded in 3.5-cm dishes and grown to 70% confluence and treated with 10 μℳ arachidonic acid together with the indicated concentrations of acetohexamide (A), nifedipin (N), proadifen (P) and isoxsuprine (I) and 50 μℳ baicalein (Baic.) for 4 h. DMSO was used as control (Co). Then, 12(S)-HETE was determined by EIA. Experiments were performed in triplicate.
