(A–D) Analysis of protein expression. LECs were pretreated with 60 μℳ acetohexamide (A), nifedipin (B), proadifen (C), isoxsuprine (D) and solvent (negative control; −,−) for 20 min and/or stimulated afterwards with 1 μℳ 12(S)-HETE for 60 min.
