Mice were anesthetized and 2×10⁷ PFU Adeno-CRE virus was pipetted on the nose of the mouse to be inhaled. Mice were sacrificed after 6 weeks and the lungs of the mice were removed and formalin fixed and paraffin embedded. IHCs for K8/18, vimentin, chromogranin A (chromo), CD56 and synaptophysin (synapto) are shown.
