Transendothelial migration of neutrophils in response to subendothelial platelets (plts) with and without thrombin (thr) activation compared with the response to IL-8 (6.25 × 10⁻⁸ M) alone over 3 h. Neutrophil (2 × 10⁶ cells mL⁻¹) migration through unstimulated and TNF-α (10 ng·mL⁻¹)-stimulated HLMVEC was measured (n ≥ 3).
