LAgP serum demonstrated differential reactivity compared to CP serum. A) Extracts from cementum scrapings and the associated gingival tissue from eight premolar teeth were probed with 1:500 dilution pooled serum (n = 5) or 1:500 dilution of individual serum of subjects with LAgP, CP, or PDH subjects using a standard Western blot protocol. Representative blot of experiments performed three times.
